In order to play in YBOA sanctioned events, your team must:
1) Be a member of a YBOA association. An association can be made up of one or several teams from the same geographical area, such as teams from the same school district. YBOA Association Membership is $100 annually (9/1 - 8/31).
2) Your coaches MUST be members of the YBOA Coaches Association. This provides unique liability coverage meaning it will not only be in effect for YBOA events, but will also cover individuals for any sport they coach or officiate, other than the high school and collegiate level. $20.00 annual membership (9/1 - 8/31).
3) You must purchase player insurance for each of your players. The accident insurance is secondary, meaning medical benefits are in excess of any other medical coverage. $12 per player for annual coverage (9/1 - 8/31)
